Essence of Ireland in 1800 Miles – Part 8

After spending several days in Killarney staying at Crystal Springs with Tim and Eileen, we had to move on.  We headed to Galway, as it was the hub for the next few places we wanted to see.  Galway is a biggish city, one of the fastest growing cities in Europe.  It was evident to us, like Dublin, we didn’t want to spend a lot of time there.  It was crowded with people shopping and eating in the pedestrian part of the city.  It is located right where the river flows into the Bay.  I have posted some street pictures along with some shots along the way, from Killarney to Galway.
